Ewan signed a two year apprenticeship at Dunfermline in the summer of 2023.
Brought up in Burntisland, Ewan started playing at Burntisland Shipyard before going on to Blue Brazil and FFPA (Fife Football Performance Academy) before transitioning into Fife Elite and the Dunfermline Athletic Academy.
On joining the under 18s Ewan feels Greg Shields made a big impact on him but also credits Stuart Milne at Fife Elite really helped him kick on as a footballer.
Ewan was 17 when he made his first team debut as a second half substitute against Dundee United in the SPFL Trust Trophy on 9th September 2023.
